Each subscription provides up to three hours of expert case review per month (36 per year), conducted by certified forensic specialists. Clients also receive one expert opinion each month, with options for remote or on-site reviews. Additional review hours can be purchased if needed, and subscribers enjoy discounts on complete investigations. All services are delivered under a 12-month contract for consistency and reliability.
Reveal runs on a 12-month contract with monthly invoicing. Each month includes three hours of review time and one expert opinion. Hours and opinions cannot be combined or carried forward, encouraging consistent use and timely feedback. Additional hour packages are available if cases require more support. On-site reviews are included within 100 km of Umbrella Forensics headquarters in Espoo, while more extended travel is covered under a separate agreement. This ensures flexibility and accessibility, with the same high standards of forensic quality applied in every review.
Subscribers gain access to flexible extras and valuable savings. Each month, a 20% discount applies to one full investigation if escalation is needed. Clients may also purchase additional monthly review hours; however, these are non-transferable if unused. This approach keeps costs predictable while ensuring expert help is always available.
